How would I negotiate with a partner who doesn´t accept given condition
1. Describe a situation where you had to make an unpopular decision for the greater good?
Forgot the specific question but it was a typical case study specific to the role, where I had to look at the supply chain process and identify places where money could be saved.
Case study was given the night before and we were asked questions on how we would react to the issue during the interview. Very technical terms, so if you're not a supply chain major, it would be very difficult.

Q1: What was your experience of changing others' mind? Q2: If you are selected, you will be working in an environment with different types of staffs. Some of them are just fresh out of college as you, the other might have been worked in the company for many years. So, how will you convince them?
