What harassed me was I was never given any replies to my mails and each time I called, I was told that I am still under consideration. I hope the Board Of Directors and CEO ask the hiring managers in UBS INDIA that how the resume get shortlisted for interview since the current process is pathetic like even after giving the correct answers to the online test and still not selected for the interview just shows how the hiring mangers are shortlisting resumes .I hope the hiring managers do not select resumes like how they select girls to have sex from a Prostitution area .Just select resumes for interviews which will satisfy them in other ways and not through the persons qualifications!!!!
