Why do you want to work for starbucks? and other questions may be asked depending on previous expericence such as how well you solve problems and deal with stress.
Can you work Sunday? Can you open or close. Have a yes, no or sometimes ready for these questions.
they have you act out a scene from a movie in the panel interview. they make you as uncomfortable as possible to see if you can deal with stressful situations.

Its always important to give as detailed descriptions of specific events as possible. hardest question: What have you learned in the last year.
The questions were not difficult at all if you have interview experience. My interviewer basically told me the job duties and how desperate she was to get people working to fill in holes. She was a new manager and was "cleaning house", so to speak. I wasn't sure how I felt about going into that type of job situation, but it turned out okay. She really did need to clean house! I also had to interview with the DM, but that was more like just a meeting and not an interview.
