Interviewer was knowledgeable and asked the questions around past projects and managerial skill Round 2: SDE Director Focus was on algorithmic questions. 1. Lots of questions around Testing and Quality in general with some more specific questions around test automation, code architecture, how to scale your tests as well as the test framework, infrastructure surrounding test automation, etc.
1st round general aptitude and technical aptitude questions from OS,networks etc, 2nd round technical interview they asked simple questions based on data structures and networks as they were hiring for their networking R&D position. 3rd round was managerial round where they asked situation-based questions. HR rounds were more like work-life balance, salary, workplace related discussion.
One of the questions was around designing a system where the data would not fit memory of one system and one had to build a very performant lookup on the data

Questions are actually not that hard. There are definitely other tech companies that will massage your brains much more. :) Most of the questions seem to come from the standard set of 150 or so questions that have been doing the rounds for several years. There are several books published with these, so being familiar with those will give you a high probability of success.
