We are excited to invite you to the next step in the process; an interview exercise and panel interview. In preparation for the panel interview, please complete the interview exercise described below. Interview Exercise Instructions: College Board is launching a new product in September 2023 called “Connections”. Using resources that are publicly available on the College Board website and the medium of your choice, please create a 5-7 minute presentation that explains what “Connections” is and how it complements an institution’s Search efforts. During the panel interview, you will have the opportunity to share your screen and present your exercise. We are excited to learn more about you through this task!

During the career trajectory process, Lever asks you to recall your previous experiences and your biggest learning from each experience. My most recent experience was the most challenging to answer because I was still living through it and had not had adequate reflection time.
The questions were very straight forward - no curveballs here.
