There were some technical questions about hydraulics, for example hydraulic jumps, and EGL/HGL.

Describe a situation when you had to manage a conflict. A situation when you had to make a difficult decision on your own. If you would be asked to propose a project to improve the performance of your organisation, what would it be and why?
What is your management style?
How well do you prioritize your tasks? Have you met with difficult people and how do you work with them? What do you think of working with a very diverse group of people? What kind of management culture do you prefer? Should you be given the role of a project lead, how would u delegate tasks to different team member? How comfortable are you towards ambiguity at work?
How many years am I looking to stay in this position?
