Video lets you pause for as long as you need to think about your responses. First Interview: - General behavioral/star + 3 Technical PM info. Final: - All Technical. They're not gauging you necessarily on what you know about Project Development/Management, but what you would do in a situation. Keep in mind, asking people for help/relying on others is kind of the basis of the company culture and they want to see that in your answers.
Questions were not unexpected. It is the way one answers that matters.
There was not enough information and/or time provided to complete the case study in its entirety. Additionally, tasks beyond a PM's job requisites were tested in the case study that would otherwise be completed by someone else on the team. There were long delays between each of the interviews to receive feedback/next steps from the recruiter.
