Why are you seeking a new job?
The most difficult set of questions surprisingly enough came from the product management director, who was interviewing the position as if they were hiring a product manager, and got very grumpy when I didn't answer questions correctly about business models, pricing strategies, and running marketing campaigns.

One manager asked me "Can you manage in this culture?" I asked him, "what do you mean?" He said, "You know, its mostly people from a different background, mostly white" I was shocked, since I am from a different ethnic background. (brown). My name is christian so you wont know I am brown until you meet me (born in the US)
