They asked me many questions regarding my background and experience in my field.
I really enjoyed the design challenge activity that Framework provided. It was a real time engagement where they presented a few "opportunity areas" for me to choose from. Unlike other design challenges in the past, they were outside of the subject matter of the work, and also playful, which created more space for dialogue and creativity.
Regarding UX process how to create personas? how to create design systems?
