Asked to review their employee engagement survey results and to build a presentation with what the data was sharing with me and what my recommendations are based off of it.
They did a great job of asking me behavioral and situational interview questions. Specifically they asked me a question around sharing a time I had to work with a difficult Leader, what was the relationship with that leader, what was the area of difficulty and what steps did I take to try and work better with them.

Before I even had a personal conversation, I was asked to work on a case study consisting of 3 cases / examples. The questions already raised a few critical questions about the corporate culture, but I worked on them and delivered them promptly.
