I was illegally asked about the dynamics of my family - if I was married, had children.
Both interviews (phone & in-person) were pretty relaxed and conversational. Never felt like I was being drilled with questions that weren't relevant or trying to trick me.
What if a customer....... Other questions were based on what you would do if "blank" happened.
