This interview was for the manager role but I was asked about my thoughts of being an individual contributor.

Multiple things like business expectations and how you can cater that ?
Asked a lot of questions around ability to complete project that is top priority and background in their specific type of business.
They made me do an extensive take home assessment which I am sure they copied and took for their own benefits. The test itself had no reason to be so extensive.
