1) Tell me an example how do you negotiate a SaaS contract, what's the typical size of the contract you negotiated. 2) What's your negotiation style and what's a typical sourcing process? 3) What's your management style. 4) How to convince a stake holder (IT/Datacenter team) to follow your supplier/negotiation strategy? 5) What's the difference between indirect and direct sourcing? 6) How to negotiate Microsoft contract 7) Do you have data center contract negotiation experience? 8) What motivates you to go to work. How does this role rewards you?
