Honestly I don't recall there being difficult questions. Myself I am not great with very open ended questions, but some people are. There were no STAR questions, it was a lot more like - tell me about yourself, your goals, and how you fit in here with DriveTime. The whole interview felt pretty informal, open, and friendly. I was first asked, "tell me who you are - personally and professionally."

Various questions about loans, process, laws and some "what if" type scenario questions.
Tell me about yourself What skills from your previous role can you transfer over to First bank? Do you need sponsorships? What on the website drew you to us? What about the mission makes you excited? Would you prefer leading or following directions? This one threw me through a loop. How would you direct contractors to manage safety? Ran the full gauntlet of unspecific questions that have little to do with the job. Made me wonder if I was interviewing for a Loan Rep position.
