iRobot interview questions

Spoke with recruiter, then hiring manager. Then invited back for a full day interview. The interview was a 1/2 day event. The interview included the manager and direct team, and the various cross functional members. At one point due to one interviewer being unavailable on sight, a remote interview took place with a teleconferencing robot. It was a fun and very unique experience!

Basic 1 hour phone interview going over my previous work experiences and projects listed on my resume. They asked a few questions about diagnosing problems on the robots and how I would go about solving them, but most of the time was spent going over my experience and how it relates to the position. Overall a casual interview, which also reflects iRobot's casual work atmosphere.
