iRobot interview questions

Screening from recruiter, phone call with hiring manager, brought in for interview . The hiring manager clearly didn't know what they were looking for. They were looking for agile but what they described was far from it. Respect where they are trying to go, but would have been nice knowing their current challenges before taking a half day off to interview.

First telephone round HR, followed by the team manager. The interview lasted 40 minutes. All questions related to projects mentioned in the resume and past work experience. Questions balanced between technical and logical reasoning,
