General questions- especially about working with teams and why I wanted this specific job. Also why I wanted to leave where I was asked point blank.

Typical HR and behavior-based questions for all interviews. 2nd round interview was somewhat informal. Throughout all interviews I was able to ask many questions to the hiring team.

Tell me about your communication style.
I did not find the questions to be difficult or unexpected. I would advise that you review your department and become familiar with what you will be doing. Additionally, I would answer your questions in the STAR (Situation, Task, Action and Result) format.
Asked me if I was familiar with the particular software they used (PeopleSoft and Oracle)
