Most typical interview questions, i.e. how do you work with others, tell me about a time you were challenged, etc.
Questions were very values oriented
General questions- especially about working with teams and why I wanted this specific job. Also why I wanted to leave where I was asked point blank.
1. Tell me about yourself. 2. Do you know any IIASA project? 2. Describe your day at work. 3. When is the last time you participated in any training?
Typical HR and behavior-based questions for all interviews. 2nd round interview was somewhat informal. Throughout all interviews I was able to ask many questions to the hiring team.
