I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at francesca's (Center Valley, PA) in Jun 2012
Interview
I received a phone interview that was very friendly and primarily just inquired a bit more detail to what I had on my resume. Next, I met with a District Manager at the store about a week later. We proceeded with the interview at the local Starbucks for the break room at the store is extremely small and can only fit a maximum of two employees at a time. We interviewed for approximately 45 minutes. The interviewer was professional but very dry so I could not gauge emotionally anything she liked or disliked in my answers. Two weeks later I received a call from RM confirming my background check was processed and officially offering me the position.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at francesca's (Minneapolis, MN) in May 2011
Interview
I was interviewed by a store manager. Very informal, we just did the interview at the store. I then interviewed with the district manager. The second interview round had more in depth questions, but easy if you have experience. Overall an easy process and not too intimidating.

Question 1
What is the most challenging aspect of your current job.
I applied online. I interviewed at francesca's (Austin, TX) in Mar 2015
Interview
To start off, this was my second time to interview with Francesca's. My first go around, I was offered the job but was given a low ball hourly rate. Second go around - I applied for a store manager position - was called in about 3 weeks later and told they had an assistant manager position to fill instead. Upon my interview I was informed that the ASM was already hired and they wanted me to fill the Key Holder position instead. I feel as if they pulled a 'bait and switch' on me and mislead what I was coming in to interview for. The interview process was very laid back and the interviewer was nice, but not professional. I am a seasoned retail professional - and they seem to not respect your experience and would rather hire unprofessional staff and inexperienced management.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself?
(this was the ONLY question asked - the rest of the interview was the manager talking about 3 different "store related" topics)
