francesca's Sales Associate interview questions

I walked into the store and had the interview with the manager at the front desk. It seemed very informal and was quick. She was intimidating and said she would only give me the job if I promised I would be outgoing and not shy. Basically, that was the only thing she was worried about. She said to come in the next day and we would train for the job. It was a quick process and I think this is because they are always short on staff. It was also for a seasonal job, so they needed more employees.

I got a call from the manager, which never gave me a name, and we scheduled an interview. I went to the mall, walked to the store and knocked on the door since the store had not been opened yet and when someone opened the door I had told them I was here for an interview. I was told that the people who interviewed were out at the bank to get money and that they'd be back in like 20 minutes. I sat at a sitting area that was near the store so I could see if anyone entered the store. I waited the 20 minutes and went back to the store and knocked on the door again, I got no answer. Waited another 10 minutes, knocked, no answer again. After that, I left the mall and never heard anything back from them.
