What they did was they called me in for an interview and then after the interview they scheduled me a phone interview with their corporate manager. It took them about a week or two to contact me for the first interview and then I waited another week or two to do the phone interview.

Interview
Applied online, got a call within a few days. The manager was very nice but the store was a mess. After the interview she told me I was a great candidate - but that she had already hired someone. I thought it was unprofessional to not be upfront about that, as I took the time out of work to attend the interview. I am writing this 4 months later, as I've actually just gotten a voicemail from her asking to talk.

Interview
It was a pleasant experience. Applied for the position about two weeks before getting a call to have an interview., about another week for the phone call from the DM. The interview was long and took over an hour to complete in the store. They ask you about ten questions regarding relevant experiences to working in retail and sales. Then they take you into the store and explain the layout. After that you have about 10 minutes to put an outfit together, I selected a dress, necklace, earrings, bracelet, shoes, and a bag; they really liked what I selected! Discussed that some and then went back into the back room to go over Francesca's Promise. After I was told I would be getting a call from the district manager for a phone interview with her. The phone interview tool about 30 minutes and I had to cut it short due to a last minute appointment. The DM told me she got everything she needed from me and recommended me for the position, basically hiring me. Later that night I got the call to begin the process from the store manager.
