francesca's interview questions

I applied about a month prior to getting my first interview, within the first interview you are asked basic questions about the position, why you applied, blah blah blah. After this interview I was then notified that if the company was interested in me they'd give me a call. After about a week I didn't hear anything so I decided to call them back. When I called them back the manager said that I was one of her top candidates and that she will call me back soon to schedule a second interview, this time with the dm. After about 2 weeks I heard nothing so I decided to call the manager back again and when I did the girl that I spoke to told me that the manager no longer worked there. After this I pretty much was fed up so I gave up. Then after a month, yes a month. I was called again, this time by a different manager from a different store asking me if I was interested in an interview. I told this manager that I had already been interviewed but I was never called back to follow up. She seemed really surprised and insisted I interview another time and so I did. This time I was interview by the manager of a different store and the assistant manager of the store that I would be working for. After this interview I was then scheduled to interview with the dm the following week which actually happened this time.

Not much of a process. Submitted resume online was called by recruiter to set up phone interview. Had initial interview witb recruiter, 2ND interview with regional manager. Was hired without meeting anyone in person. No questions to stump me at all, was a very easy process. Recruiters seem clueless as to what a retail manager actually does.
