I was continually asked hypotheticals of questions. For example, I was asked "Name a time when a team member poorly contributed to your team result and a supervisor told you?" I answered it then they continued it with "What did you learn?" then with "would you handle the situation differently now?" following with "So the real world isn't like that, say for example...." This would go on for a few more questions.
One of the most difficult question was when they asked about the chemical composition of the hydrocarbon in reservoir, meanwhile my educational background is mechanical engineering.
