Interview
Detailed. Picks out team players and good personalities alike. Presentation of the candidate is important, as uniform is a 3 piece suit which is mainly worn around ground duties. Interviewers in my opinion don't really know what they're looking for, seems they have a check list and if you tick the boxes you get a job. Wouldn't say much experience of interview and candidate processing between many of them.

The recruiter were kind ,friendly and cooperative and the process was easy containing two steps group exercises,one to one interview you must be able to engage with your team and give your opinion while letting others speak as well

Interview
The interview process as great, the assessor was polite and friendly and did his best to help along the way. The assessor was always smiling and was warm and friendly. Making some of the nervousness disappear.

Group sessions in the morning and if successful one to one interviews in the afternoon. During group exercises you must keep the time in mind allocated to each exercise. Ensure you take mark in group discussions.
