      I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at easyJet (Gatwick, England) in Feb 2018

      assessment day at Gatwick The day starts at 8:30. when you arrive you sign in and go to the cafeteria. when you get to the cafeteria talk to fellow candidates as you are being watched from you first walk in to see how you interact with strangers. you get measured and return to cafeteria. once everyone has been measured you are taken upstairs to a room. there are about 8 tables which will contain 4 candidates and 1 or 2 assessors will sit at the table. the first thing is a short introduction from the assessors and a presentation. once the presentation has been completed. you will receive your first task. for this task you have to match customers up with there lost luggage. this involves reading out clues, figuring out the destination they are going to, their age and what they have lost. you are given 15 minutes. in the last 3 minutes you are given 3 clues to help the team out. after this you are given a presentation about Easyjet. the ask the group questions such as where was Easyjet started, what year and what were the first routes, what aircraft they fly (make sure you mention the A320 Neo), who was the previous CEO and who is the current CEO. after this the assessors return to the room and you start your second task. this task is about the ways you would deal with different types of customers and what you would do in certain situations. 2 examples are: its a passengers 6th birthday today, the second one is a disabled customer needs assistance getting on and off the aircraft. you have 15 minutes to discuss it in your group and there are 8 customer scenarios. the third and final group activity is to create an inflight magazine. there is a list of what can go in there and how many pages the section will take up. you are given 10 points and your are allowed 8 double sided pages so 16 one sided pages. for this you have 12 minutes to work as a team and decide. then you must present your idea to the assessor. everyone must speak for this part. during all these activities the assessors are making notes about your team so it is important you interact well. after this you go for lunch. during this time the assessors choose who get an interview. you are taken back into the room and if your name gets called out you get taken to a room with the others and told that you would not be going to the next stage. I did not make it to the interview stage so Im not sure what questions they will ask. overall is was hard but very fun and interesting

      The interview process as great, the assessor was polite and friendly and did his best to help along the way. The assessor was always smiling and was warm and friendly. Making some of the nervousness disappear.

      Group sessions in the morning and if successful one to one interviews in the afternoon. During group exercises you must keep the time in mind allocated to each exercise. Ensure you take mark in group discussions.
