eXp Realty interview questions

4 rounds of interviews over 8 business days. All held virtually in VirBELA/ (virtual eXp campus) and met with team in this order: Recruiter, Current Position Holder/ Lead, Future Manager, then 2 additional senior leaders I’d be supporting.

Entire process took a little over a month from application to offer letter. Consisted of phone interview with recruiter, virtual interview with Tech Director, and then virtual panel interview with Tech Managers. They spent a lot of time actually getting to know me rather than asking traditional interview questions and going over my resume.
