eXp Realty interview questions

Very smooth and quick process. Submitted an application on Monday and had a request for a phone interview by the next day. A phone interview with a recruiter took place on Thursday and then the follow-up interview with the posted position's manager on Tuesday. Had the offer by Thursday!

Ghosted right from the start. Worst and most unprofessional interview process I've ever had. A recruiter from eXp Realty reached out to me shortly after I had applied online on their site. I scheduled an interview with her for the following week. She didn't call for when we had scheduled. I waited about 20 minutes and emailed her if everything is okay on her end and she responds with NO apology and says "I was overbooked somehow. Let's reschedule for next week since I have no time." I gave her the benefit of the doubt though I have no idea how someone just gets overbooked somehow and doesn't check their calendar the day of. I rescheduled for the following monday (a week later) and she ghosted me ONCE AGAIN. I waited the standard 20 minutes, emailed her, and this time, I got absolutely no response. I, of course, checked her linked in and saw she just started about three months ago. I don't understand how anyone can be this unprofessional especially at a new job and I was really looking forward to interviewing here and have heard amazing things but she ruined it for me. So unfortunate and makes you feel like they don't value you or your time.
