Submitted resume on-line, application asked for my salary range which I provided, recruiter text me to set up a phone interview, when she called she realized the position paid 30K less then what I was looking for. Call ended. I reached back out to her the very next day that I would still be interested in discussing role and she said it was filled which I thought strange.
