eXp Realty interview questions

Recruiter reached out for a phone screen, had it scheduled then he never showed up for the interview. Emailed me 20 minutes into the interview saying he had to reschedule. Rescheduled for the following week and he didn't show up again, never emailed. A week later, I got an automated email saying that I was rejected from the position. Really horrible experience with this company. Don't waste your time.

Be warned, eXp Worldwide Holdings has communication breakdown. I passed the 30 minute phone screen and was scheduled for the hiring manager interview which was confirmed, but then a day or so later the recruiter said they closed the requisition due to it not being approved for headcount. I probably dodged a bullet. Applied online, took 12 calendar days to get a response from a recruiter. Interview process is phone screen, hiring manager, 3 person panel, then offer apparently.
