I submitted my application and received a call from the recruiter within a day or two. The call ended up being a spur of the moment phone screen which led to the recruiter setting up two interviews. I met with the Manager and the Director over the job, then the next day I met with the VP. These 2nd two interviews were conducted inside eXp's virtual office environment. An offer for the job was made to me within 2 weeks of sending my initial application.
