Interview
pillar interview --> manager interview--> HR interview--> director interview--> presentation--> local site GM interview --> refferals.. this was multi stages but rather quick process with short loops of notifications. the interviews was mainly to check my skill set as i wasn't part of the e-commerce industry. at the end a background check was added to the complexity of the process

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at eBay (San Jose, CA) in Apr 2013
Interview
About 3-4 interviews mostly related to previous work and some questions about job situations and how to handle. Very nice interviewers who wanted to know you as person and helped me understand the role and the work environment much better than other companies.
