Interview
I applied and interviewed for them a long time ago for a similar job with a different manager. Recently I was called out of the blue. I was not looking to leave the job I had they seemed really interested and motivated, so I decided to interview. The interview process was a couple of phone interviews and a series of panels interviews on the same day.

Non of the questions were out of the ordinary. They just wanted to see how I fit in with the team,
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at eBay
Interview
Submitted resume/application online, also submitted via company employee (referral). Received phone call for phone interview within 2 weeks, followed by an in person interview with a small group approximately 1 week later. After the interview I ran into one of the interviewees in the parking lot while he was heading to lunch. He told me I "killed" the interview. I was called and received an offer about a week following the in person interview.

Question 1
I was asked to give a 5 minute "presentation" (aka sales pitch) on any product or service. I was prepared for this, and used an example from my previous occupation.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at eBay
Interview
I applied for their role as a result of seeing it listed on SimplyHired. I heard from their recruiter a couple days later (who sent two e-mails with almost the same content) to schedule a phone interview. Spent about 30 minutes or so with the hiring manager on the phone. She indicated I would hear back from the recruiter. I reached out to the recruiter for the hiring manager's e-mail to thank her for her time. The recruiter indicated the hiring manager said forward the e-mail to him. As of today, that was three weeks ago with no feedback or response even though I've reached out numerous time. I suspect that they don't value people's time as much as I'd hope.

Question 1
Just the usual questions from someone not really invested in using top interview skills. "So ... tell me about yourself."
