eBay visited San Jose State University and they were conducting on site interviews. Got a call after that.
Engineer took phone interview. Once I cleared it got an on-site Interview. 4 engineers interviewed me and got a offer within 3 days.

Interview
I had one phone interview for 45 minutes. The interview started with asking about what I've exactly done in the field of NLP, in very specific details. The interviewer wanted to be convinced why and how's of each listed projects in my resume. Then they asked about general statistical NLP methods such as "what is CRF", "what is language model", "what is Naive Bayes".

I didn't expect them to ask specific statistical NLP questions, though I later found out that it has been always their way of NLP interviews.

Interview
First I had a phone interview and followed by a 5 round of face to face interview with whole product management team. The question was not to bad but more or less everyone ask the same question. Interview 's basic question were regarding marketing analytic , tools, demand generation etc
