eBay interview questions

A few recruiters from eBay contacted be about this position. I had two interviews: one with the recruiter and the second one with the hiring manager. I followed-up with both with thank you notes. I also followed-up several times about the status of the job; neither the recruiter nor the hiring manager responded to me at all - about the status of the position or to thank me for my time.
