eBay interview questions

Interview process was not smooth and did not confer to usual norms related to scheduling and interaction with various parties. In spite of having already scheduled the date of my onsite interview I was repeatedly approached by the actual hiring manager to revise my date - apparently bypassing the recruiter. The Interview process itself felt as though the company only cared about what an individual could do and not the individual's development. For instance, hardly any time was provided to the candidate for asking questions about the company or the role itself. The Q and A process was pretty much a one-way street with the interviewers asking questions to test the candidates on what they could contribute.
