Interview
I passed the phone interview but not the in person interview that included a computer assessment. The assessment included a simulation and a typing test. Candidates must be able to evaluate situations and rate other customer service representatives' performances.
The hiring process had multiple rounds. There were telephonic as well as F2F interviews. The process was smooth and the interviewers were all polite and helpful.Each round was an elimination round. There were SQL questions, interpretation of graphs/charts and standard guesstimate questions. There were past work ex related PI rounds also.

Questions related to machine learning and NLP. SVM kernel trick questions, page ranking algorithm, other ML algorithms, how to overcome overfitting?
All questions were expected for machine learning position. Be prepared thoroughly with analysis of big data questions like ROC and different metrics for checking performance.
