eBay interview questions

I applied online and after a month I received call from a recruiter who then scheduled my phone interview. Interviewer was nice and was helping me break the problem into pieces. Towards the end he also discussed some practices that are followed at the company.

3 rounds of interviews. 1:1 interviews with Head, Directors from 3 departments. Described the skills required. Asked about structural and behavioural questions. Questions ranged from how would you improve eBay. It was important to know the business and how we can make a difference. Overall experience of this interview was good. The change required me to think from business end.
