eBay interview questions

I only had a phone interview because the interview was for a very specific freelancer role (AWF). People I spoke with were very friendly. Decision making was very slow though. I was provided with a standard freelancer template agreement which I had to finalize myself.

Phone interview first, and then the video tech interview. After that, is the code test. The overall experience is very pleasant. I didn't pass the interview because I wasn't familiar with the tech terms at that time. EBay values team spirit and creativity, so be prepared for the phone screening in these two aspects.
