I've got to the second stage. I was told that I would hear back by the end of the week. In reality over a month has passed without any communication. I have also sent a couple of emails to the recruiter that has completely ghosted. Really unprofessional!

Since the offered salary was less that even the average for that position (from Glassdoor) didn't accept the offer.
