eBay Customer Service Representative interview questions

Applied online. Did a video interview then following this, I received a phone call detailing the job role and benefits. I then had to complete an online personality test before going to Ebay headquarters for a final interview. Was told by the recruiter that the interview would be one hour long when in actual fact it was only a half an hour. I had hardly left the building and they had sent an automated response to say that I didn't get the role. No feedback was given. Extremely time-wasting, degrading and unprofessional. Would think twice before applying again.
