Most questions were very process focused and how I would design a team, knowing full well that the team most likely would already be in place for the leader that would step in. To my surprise there were hardly any profession specific questions.

Lot of internal acronyms were used in the posting, which were confusing when I was preparing. But they explained in a very friendly manner during the interview.
