1) Round with HR, on the phone for 30 minutes. The only good thing about this experience was the recruiter Victoria Rae. 2) Round with manager this is a zoom meeting. Easy round same kinda questions the very next day I got another email for the 3rd and final round. 3) Round was with Tatiana and Kate, I was told they are in the customer support team. This was a very simple round where you have to speak about your work experience which I have almost 12, years of in customer support working with top MNC's a few examples of how you handled a angry customer. Really simple and easy once this round was done I was really confident that I had the job (but) received a email few days back with 0, feedback saying I wasn't selected. This was really shocking and because I did really well in the interview. The entire process took a month and 2 PTO's that I wasted.
