I declined this process as it was a big investment time wise. The job listing didn't even explain that it is shift work from 7am to 10pm including weekends. No disclosure of pay it is 5 days a week onsite. 30K. I had to ask all this so could have put myself through all the stress and time to either not be selected or find out that this is a terrible fit for me.
