What is your process for planning? What is your education? Have you used an LMS?
What experience do you have instructing a full classroom, and the ability to work confidently with a wide range of grade levels and subject areas.
What would you include in an eLearning package?
Nothing really all that hard. I signed an NDA (Non-disclosure agreement) so I can not give specifics. I was well prepared and I also contacted the team member who I had a phone interview with, and asked if they could point me to some good resources to help prep for the interview and they gave me some very good ones which helped a lot.
What is a bad decision you have made?
what kind of work product have you got with you to show?
If had to measure the understanding of a student, what would I be doing other than conducting an examination?
I would not know what questions they ask in an interview as I pulled out as soon as I received a lengthy unpaid assignment I had to do before I could even get to an actual interview. An interview is meant to be a discussion and opportunity to BOTH parties to ask questions and learn about the role. Why would I put hours in on an unpaid assignment before I would be able to determine if this company would be a good fit for me? Clearly, it would not be a good fit as I found their interview process showed them to be arrogant and not valuing candidate's time.
