Interviewer shared they still don't know the shape of the position {why post if not clear that you want the position?} and focused questions on responsibilities not described in the job posting like accounting. Similarly, the interview was based on Gotcha! questioning style, I. E. first ask what you are looking for and then explain their set up (thus will be discarded)
Most of the questions revolved around short-term and long-term strategic plans for the company, which I really appreciated and the interview atmosphere was such that I felt I could provide ideas without negative judgement.
