As a manager, what do I need to make sure that you are set for success? 4. Considering what you have done, what would you bring into this role which would elevate our reward plans?
What new benefit would you implement and why?
They asked about a particular new policy I'd just been involved in at BT as they wanted to deliver the same thing.
What are you looking for in an employer?
There were a lot more of a focus on strategy / vision than would have perhaps been expected and less of a focus on achievements / capabilities
Project experience, stakeholder management, etc.
