I can't remember the exact variation that was asked, but it is more or less the same question. Just have two different scenarios ready and you'll be fine. Tell Me About A Time When You Couldn’t Meet A DEADLINE/WERE OVERWHELMED. How Did You Deal With It? (Or some kind of variation of this. I believe the exact wording was more around a time you weren't as dependable or reliable in completing a task or meeting a deadline as you usually are, but it is more or less the same.) Tell Me About A Time When RECEIVED CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM FROM A MANGER/SUPERVISOR. How did you handle it and what did you learn? How did you use the critiques to better yourself?
