adidas Assistant Manager interview questions

The interview process was fine, I originally applied for a sales associate position. During my interview I was offered a position for assistant manager, but I know had to go through the process for that position. I was denied employment after they ran, my credit score.

The worst recruitment process I have ever experienced in my life. Recuriter ended our session within 10 mins mentioning that I was not the right candidate s/he was looking for and a couple of weeks without any apology or explanation asked me to attend next stage interview. It gave me the impression that recruiters are lacking professionalism & their internal processes are quite messy. It is very bad impression/reputation for such a well-known and highly respected company.
