I applied online. I interviewed at ZoomInfo (Waltham, MA) in Dec 2020
Interview
Overall, the process took about 3 weeks. It was through the holidays so it was a bit stretched out.
It started out with a talent specialist reaching out after noticing my resume. We scheduled a meeting and talked about my experiences, and interests in sales - more specifically, working for the company.
We exchanged emails and I was asked to take the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment. Afterward, I was informed that there was mutual interest and that there would be a follow-up meeting with two Sales Development Managers.
The interview was about 30 minutes long and was genuinely pleasant. The two managers were very professional, and I felt very comfortable talking with them throughout the interview. They asked me engaging questions about what motivates me and concluded the interview by asking me to do a quick sales pitch.
After the interview, I received an email saying that they wanted to proceed to the next step of the interviewing process. I was going to be interviewed by the SVP and a Senior Manager.
The duration of this interview was similar to the first and conducted just as professionally. Questions came and went, seamlessly transitioning into the next. After the interview, I was given an offer within the next hour.
Overall, my experience was a phenomenal one from the jump. The talent acquisition who I worked with was extremely friendly and informative - along with the rest of the employees I had engaged with at ZoomInfo. The process was a pleasant one.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ZoomInfo
Interview
1st interview informal and easy going. Recruiter asked about my experience and interest level rather than asking me testing questions. No behavioral questions. It was more informal than expected, quick and not super awkward.

I applied online. I interviewed at ZoomInfo (Washington, DC) in Oct 2020
Interview
Step 1: Screening Phone call with Recruiter lasted 30 minutes and was very informal
Step 2: Zoom interview with Hiring Manager also lasting 30 minutes and just a discussion on the position and asked background questions
Step 3: Timed cognitive test on math and language that lasted 15 minutes where you are not expected to finish, goal is to answer as many questions as possible and get as many correct as you can
Step 4: Interview "day" had 3 hours of interviews broken up into 30 minute segments. Some were group interviews with 2-3 other people and some were 1 on 1. Final interview was with Bosses boss.
Discussed with recruiter afterward on compensation and benefits and received an offer around a week later. Only strange part was that my recruiter was switched half way through the process and never heard back from the first recruiter. 2nd recruiter was very responsive and helpful though. Everyone was very communicative and very helpfu.
