There was an initial screening call with a recruiter followed by an online cognitive assessment. Then there were 1 on 1 interviews with three managers and one director. Lastly, there was a presentation outlining how you would prospect into an account.

Because of two weeks really pushy training no one is trained appropriately, making so many mistakes, call the same client 50 times to put their call rate score up and getting yelled. When I say 50 times 50 different call one client. I am already tired of working here during 2 months and can’t wait to get out as soon as possible.
